I Can Play Baseball

Yesterday, we went to Toys R Us to do a few exchanges of gifts that i received. I won't say what gifts we returned, but i will say that daddy walked out of the store with a dope "I can play Baseball" baseball tee set and a "I can play Golf" set (not pictured). Last night, i hit a couple home runs in our living room, so daddy (fearing for his plasma TV) decided to move the baseball activities to our backyard. Here are some pictures from this morning (yes people...this is almost a real time blog entry).

Christmas Night - Playing Wii

I love it when Daddy fires up the Nintendo Wii. Wii Sports is my favorite game. I love tennis, boxing and i especially love bowling. Since i can't actually use the Wii controller, daddy just gives me an old remote control (which seems to work just fine with the Wii). Anyways, check out my bowling form. Daddy says that it won't be long before i'm bowling a perfect game in Wii Bowling. By the way, the picture in the bottom right corner is me celebrating a strike. Yeah boy!!

Christmas Dinner

On Christmas Day, Daddy's family came over to celebrate with us. We had a huge turkey dinner (which we ordered from Marie Calendars -- not a bad deal for $120). Matthew and I had a great time celebrating with them. We love it when we see our Orange County family...we know it's a bit of a drive to come to our house, but we're always glad that they made the trip. We love them all very much and we're glad that we could spend this special day with them.

Family PIctures from Christmas Morning

On Christmas morning, we woke up and start opening up presents again...this time, it was the presents from Santa. Santa got me some cool Lighting McQueen cars from the movie Cars, and Matthew got a cool ride on horse toy thingy. Here are a few family pictures that we took that morning. It was our first Christmas with the four of us so it was a special time for us.

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, we got together with Mommy's side of the family for our annual Christmas dinner. I had lots of fun with my cousins (as usual), Ninong John, Uncle Jovy, Ninang Jae and Mama. Matthew and i got some cool gifts also. We got a bunch of DVD's (Cars, Blues Clues and Yo Gabba Gabba), lots of clothes, a train track set from Mama, and some other stuff that i can't remember right now. We had a blast opening up presents. Matthew and I can't wait to do it again next year.

Brotherly Love

Mommy took these pictures of Matthew and I on the balcony of our hotel room at the Grand Californian Hotel. Mommy and Daddy love these pictures. No matter how hard it is at times to handle too crazy boys, when they see Matthew and I being buddies, it makes it all worth while.

Matthew's Bath Time at the Grand Californian

Here are some pictures of Matthew's bathtime while we were on our mini-vacation to Disneyland. Matthew is always so happy whether we're at Disneyland or at home. We love him so much.

Messing around in the Hotel Room

Here are a few pictures of Matthew and I messing around in the hotel room before our baths. We get all excited when we are in new places.

The Grand Californian Hotel

During this trip to Disneyland, we stayed at the Grand Californian Hotel. Much nicer than the Disneyland Hotel, which daddy says is really old now. Anyways, they had an awesome Christmas tree right in the lobby and they had Santa come every night for pictures also. Daddy will post that picture later. Anyways, while Santa was on break, we couldn't resist sneaking in a few pictures on his Santa chair.

Our Second Disneyland Trip

Last Wednesday and Thursday, we took our second Disneyland trip. The park was all decked out with holiday decorations. The castle was all pimped out and they even made it snow on main street every so often. It was really cool. While we were there, we had a couple visitors also. Uncle Tim, Uncle Nic and Goo Goo Mei all came by to spend time with us at night. Also, when we were at the park, we also ran into Daddy's friend Sariya and her baby girl Tristen. It was great to meet them. All in all, our second trip to disneyland was just as good as our first. Both times, Matthew and I had tons of fun. And both times, Mommy and Daddy were just completely and utterly exhausted. We can't wait to go again!!!

Here are a few pictures that daddy took of me during our recent disneyland trip. These are a few closeups that daddy took while we were waiting in line to see the Playhouse Disney show in California adventure.

Hanging out with our Cousins

Today was a great day. Matthew and I got to hang out with our cousins Leo Paul, Jared and Corbin. We spent the morning at Balboa Park where we played in the playground and fed the ducks (until we got busted by the Lake Balboa duck police for feeding the ducks). And then we had a kickin lunch at Burger King, went to Target where we picked up some pre-christmas toys, and then we wrapped up the afternoon at our house watching the Dark Night, playing Wii, and other fun kid stuff. Hangin out with my cousins is the best. Matthew and I love it. We can't wait to see them again on Christmas Eve.

Saturday Morning Walks

When the weather is nice, Mommy and Daddy often take us on a walk to our local Starbucks. We usually hang there for 30 or 40 minutes and then come back so Daddy can take me to MyGym.

Angelina and Isabellas Bday Party

Last weekend, we went to go celebrate Angelina and Isabella's 5th birthday. They had their party at a giant warehouse with a bunch of bounce houses. It was really cool. Matthew and I had a ton of fun jumping around the maze bounce house. We also had fun with all the girls our age there...lindsey, tessa, adison, and madison (oh and evan - who isn't a girl). We actually didn't get to spend too much time with Angelina and Isabella too much that day. Now that they are 5, they are way too fast for Matthew and I. We had to just hang back with the slow moving, diaper wearing kids.

Hangin at the Americana at Brand

A couple weekends ago, we spent the afternoon at the Glendale Galleria and then the Americana at Brand. It was a great day.

Thanksgiving with Daddy's Family

For Thanksgiving, we went home to Yeh Yeh's house in Westminster. We had a great dinner and we had a great time hanging out with all of Daddy's side of the family. Mommy and Daddy said that this year they are extremely thankful for both Matthew and I. They said that we make every day very special for them.
****
In addition to Thanksgiving, we also took the opportunity to celebrate Grandma Goo Goo, Grand Uncle Jack, and Uncle Nics birthdays. We also celebrated Goo Goo Meis and Uncle Nics anniversary and Grand Uncle Jacks and Grandma Goo Goo's anniversary. We had a lot of celebrating going on that night.

Thanksgiving with Mommy's Family

On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, mommy's family came over again. Because we go home to daddy's family on Thursday, we usually have a pre-thanksgiving dinner with mommy's family. Usually there isn't any turkey though at the pre-dinner. Usually, it's just chinese food or something.

Remembering Papa

On November 16th, mommy's family came over to remember the passing of Papa. We had a great dinner and then we hung out and had quality family time together. Matthew and I love hanging out with Kuya Leo Paul and Kuya Jared. We hope to be big like them one day.
